Yes there is a 1 year warranty and refunds within 14 days of purchase. But after the warranty, repairs will be made at a cost depending on the repair cost.

What does that have to do with anything? But no, we don't honor fraud returns.

About the warranty and repairs...

Jachatri (us or we), allows you, the consumer, to have free service for 1 year on any product. This warranty says each product will be free of defects. If a defect covered by the warranty occurs, complain in our Discord or customer service and we will be soon to cover. You will need to send the broken product to this UPS office since I don't wanna give away my home address: 2840 W Bay Dr, Belleair Bluffs, FL 33770. We will then repair the product for the return of it to you. You'll need to provide your home address or local post office so we know who to mail it to. Should we fail to send it, you'll have 2 months to pick it up before we keep it or throw it out. Artificial damage isn't covered and will require a paid repair. Any data loss isn't our fault and you should've backed it up. Thank you for being a consumer here at Jachatri!
